Gmail Themes!

Didn't see any clues of themes being developped in Gmail. But today, when I open my inbox, WOW! they revamped the interface, the default scheme now with lower saturation and looks way too orgnized than ever before.
Better than that, there's a new tab "Themes" in the settings, we can now choose from many fancy themes! But seems like the new module is not open to all, I'm the only lucky one around my colleagues to use new themes.
