As FireFox 3.5 RC is approaching, the 3rd generation FireFox icon is now pushed to the front of media.  Last month I wrote about some iterations of the new icons designed by Iconfactory, and today I found it's almost final and available for download with tons of format/size from Mozilla Offical Blog.

Personally I don't like the shading of the new icon, especially the outer ring, tons of details in the original icons are dropped.  But this time QuickTime X icon turns from a Q-shaped clock to a more complete Q letter, and the tunes are also more consistent to the new QuickTime interface, these magnificent changes may push it's brand to a new level.
